Dubai’s final quarter of 2026 will be among the busiest in the city’s history. Two major venues, the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai and the Dubai World Trade Centre in the central business district, will together host dozens of business events spanning tourism, technology, healthcare, energy, construction, automotive, sustainability, finance, education, food and beverage, and consumer products.
The scale reflects a deliberate push to cement Dubai’s standing as a global hub for international gatherings. Mahir Julfar, executive vice president at DWTC, described the breadth of the program as evidence of Dubai’s capacity to host major international events while giving organizers greater operational flexibility through two complementary facilities. Exhibitors, delegates, and buyers will converge on the city for headline events including Arabian Travel Market, Beautyworld Dubai, Big 5 Global, Automechanika Dubai, and GITEX Global.
September is the most densely packed month. It opens with Middle East Energy from September 1-3, immediately followed by the International Property Show and AIM Congress. Healthcare, finance, and technology sectors fill significant stretches of the calendar, with Dubai Derma, Crypto Expo, and other specialized conferences drawing industry participants from across the region. The Arabian Travel Market, running September 14-17, will serve as a major international platform for destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel companies. The month continues with The Forex Expo, Seamless Middle East, MEIDAM, Ru’ya – Careers UAE, GOTECH, and AWS Summit Dubai. At the Dubai Exhibition Centre, cybersecurity takes center stage with GISEC (Gulf Information Security Expo and Conference) from September 16-18, followed by the Middle East Coatings Show.
October shifts toward business and consumer-oriented sectors. Beautyworld Dubai runs October 6-8, with the Airport Show and Global Airport Leaders Forum and the RISE Global Real Estate Investment Summit and Expo following in sequence. The month also features WETEX, World Green Economy Summit, AccessAbilities Expo, Dubai AI Festival, and ArabLab+. The DWTC will host Najah Exhibition and Growtech Middle East, while the Dubai Exhibition Centre accommodates CABSAT and SAT Expo, the Baby and Kids Expo, Jewellery Gem and Technology in Dubai, and the Dubai Muscle Show and Active Show.
November carries the heaviest concentration of large-scale trade events. Gulf Host, Gulfood Manufacturing, ISM Middle East, and Private Label Middle East operate simultaneously from November 3-5, creating a convergence of professionals across multiple sectors. The calendar then moves through events focused on education, food safety, apparel, organic products, mining, and security before the construction industry dominates from November 23-26 with Big 5 Global, GeoWorld, HVACR World, LiveableCitiesX, and Future FM. At the Dubai Exhibition Centre, Automechanika Dubai runs November 10-12, positioned as the region’s largest automotive aftermarket event, alongside World Art Dubai and other international exhibitions.
December belongs to technology. GITEX Global relocates to its new home at the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City for December 8-11, bringing together technology companies, startups, investors, and industry professionals from around the world. The month also includes Jewellery and Bride Arabia, the UITP Conference, MEBAA Show Dubai, and the International Summit for Aviation Training. The year closes with consumer-focused exhibitions: the Asia Baby Children Maternity Exhibition, International Appliance and Electronics Show, and China Products Fair.
The addition of the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City gives organizers substantially more space for increasingly large international events. Whether the two-venue model can absorb that demand without straining the city’s hospitality and logistics infrastructure will be the real test when the crowds arrive in September.
