Developer Expands Global Footprint, Eyes Steadier Real Estate Market Ahead
Private developer scales to 21 countries with record sales and premium portfolio growth.
Andrea Nucera built Reportage Group from a UAE-focused developer into a company operating across more than 21 countries. Now, as managing director and owner, he is taking that story to the International Property Show 2026, where he will join the Leaders’ Panel to discuss how global real estate is moving from a period of interest rate turbulence toward something steadier.
The numbers behind that story are hard to ignore. In 2025, Reportage recorded AED 9.6 billion in sales, a 90 percent jump from the year before. The Group’s total portfolio now exceeds AED 60 billion, spanning more than 116 projects and over 48,000 residential units worldwide. For a company founded in 2014, that is a steep climb in a short time.
Reportage is attending IPS 2026 as a Diamond Sponsor. The conference runs from 7 to 9 September at the Dubai World Trade Centre, drawing developers, investors, and industry leaders to examine opportunities across global property markets. For Reportage, the sponsorship is both a showcase and a signal about where the company sees itself heading.
The Group’s expansion has been deliberate rather than opportunistic. What started as a regional developer has grown into an international operation with a presence in Africa, Europe, Asia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Its portfolio includes projects such as Brabus Island, SENSI, Verdana, Marlin 1 and 2, R. Hills, and Panorama by Elie Saab, each tailored to the conditions of its specific market.
Meanwhile, the UAE remains a core focus. In Dubai, Reportage is introducing three new premium developments in Meydan and Jumeirah Village Circle. Abu Dhabi is seeing parallel investment: one large-scale residential community on Yas Island, designed around Emirati heritage and natural landscape typologies, and a Marlin series extension to Reem Island, placing the developer in the capital’s premium waterfront segment.
International markets carry equal weight in the strategy. In Africa, the Group is executing large-scale projects in Angola and Abuja, building on recent launches in Ethiopia. In Europe, more than three luxury developments are under construction in France. The geographic spread is intentional, reducing reliance on any single market while capturing growth where it is emerging.
At IPS 2026, Nucera’s panel session will take up questions the sector is actively wrestling with: how asset values stabilize after a volatile rate environment, what role predictive technology plays in development decisions, how climate-resilient design is reshaping project briefs, and whether Real-World Asset tokenization can function as a practical liquidity mechanism. Institutional appetite for resilient living sectors and AI-critical infrastructure is also on the agenda.
Nucera framed the company’s participation in direct terms. “At Reportage, our ambition is to create high-quality communities that deliver lasting investment value while making elevated living more accessible to homeowners and investors alike. This approach is closely aligned with the UAE’s and Dubai’s vision for the future of real estate, and our presence at IPS reflects our commitment to being an active contributor to that vision.”
Reportage operates as a private, debt-free entity headquartered in Abu Dhabi. Whether the pace of expansion it has set over the past year proves sustainable as global rate conditions continue to shift is the question the September panel may not fully answer, but will almost certainly raise.
